• A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required when party is booked. This deposit will be applied towards your package total.

• There is a $50 charge for each additional birthday child in a shared birthday party (does not count towards your guest total).

• The Birthday Child/The Olympian (only 1) does not count towards your guest total.

• There are NO REFUNDS but you can transfer your party to a different date if permitted.

• Food & decorations are NOT included.

• All gymnasts tumble at their own risk. TT&C is not liable for any accidents or injuries that could occur. We will not issue any refunds (e.g. booking, party package, etc) due to injury or accidents. A waiver is required for all party guests.

Please confirm the number of guests 72 hours prior to your scheduled birthday party.

• The cost of the party will reflect the confirmed number of children.

• All shoes must be removed before getting on equipment.

• Adults are NOT allowed on any equipment, but are allowed to assist the children.

Parties are non-refundable; however, if the customer needs to cancel the party and does so at least 2 weeks prior to the date of the party, we will issue an account credit.

Once the party falls in the 2-week window, the party becomes non-refundable and/or transferable. Cancellations may not be made via text message, voicemail or email.

Parties that need to reschedule must be rescheduled within three months of the original booking date.

Cancellations need to be made via phone call to discuss the logistics, then an email or text message will be sent for verification.
